Some outfit called AI Universe just published a so-called beginner's guide that ADMITS your phone unlocks by scanning your face and auto-completes your messages before you finish typing. The guide casually explains that machine learning models get shown thousands of YOUR emails marked as spam or not spam so they can learn to tell the difference BY THEMSELVES. They also admit models don't get better on their own, which means REAL PEOPLE are deliberately updating these things with YOUR data and monitoring how they perform on YOUR life.
Who gave them PERMISSION?! Microsoft is now turning our search bar into a DALL-E image factory and calling it FREE.
Some blog called Aadhunik AI just published a step-by-step tutorial for Bing AI Image Creator, which uses DALL-E 3 to generate images from text prompts and is built right into Bing Search and Microsoft Edge. They proudly announce there is no Discord required, no payment plans, and no technical confidence needed, which is Silicon Valley code for 'we want EVERYBODY using this, no barriers, no friction, just hand us your prompts.' The tool is also called Microsoft Bing Image Creator or Bing AI Picture Creator depending on who you ask, and apparently people are Googling it in massive numbers in 2025.

A separate CAIS benchmark also revealed which AI models cheat the most on evaluations.

They are celebrating companies like Oura tracking your sleep, Tempus doing precision medicine on your DNA, Abridge listening to your doctor visits, Bayesian Health doing early warning monitoring, Overjet scanning your dental X-rays, and Parsley Health collecting your nutrition data. All these gadgets are funneling your most personal health information into corporate databases and nobody is asking if we CONSENTED to this.

In 2024 he decided general AI glasses were a losing battle for startups against phone makers, so he pivoted to outdoor sports scenarios with mobile robots and embodied intelligence.
