You fill out a questionnaire, snap a selfie, and their AI picks apart your skin type, pores, pigmentation, moisture, oiliness, and WRINKLES, giving you a tidy little breakdown of everything wrong with you. They rolled this out starting with their Starfield Goyang store in April 2024 and now they are bringing it to YOUR phone because apparently collecting your data in person was not invasive enough.

Samsung C&T's engineering and construction division just launched Wellfy, an AI wellness platform that puts something called Wellfy Stations into HOMES and construction job sites, and I want a REFUND on the future. Each station includes Wellfy Body which measures 37, THIRTY-SEVEN, health indicators including blood pressure, stress, body composition and skin condition, plus Wellfy Food which is a micro store that sells you personalized nutritional products right there, and Wellfy Mind which is some immersive relaxation space. Samsung C&T plans to diversify devices and strengthen mobile-based customized analysis, because collecting 37 data points per person was apparently not enough.

Golf VX rolled out their new Quantum simulator at their flagship location, and a writer from Tom's Guide played the same course both virtually and in real life to compare. The system uses a 15-axis swing plate that literally shifts the ground under your feet to simulate terrain, a noticeable upgrade from the older T2 sim. They also swapped a TV for a 4K projector to test the full visual experience.

Stability AI dropped Stable Diffusion 3 Medium, which generates images twice as fast on consumer GPUs. They claim it lets artists and small businesses create professional images locally without paying for cloud services or waiting in queues. Oh GREAT, so now the image scraping and generation pipeline can violate creators twice as fast on YOUR hardware instead of theirs.

They're calling it a goldmine strategy for 2026 like that's supposed to make me feel BETTER about robots rewriting everything. My nephew warned me about this exact playbook.
