Her core argument is that teachers should identify their learning goal first, then consider AI, never the reverse. She introduces a framework called H-AI-H, requiring a human at both ends of any AI interaction.

This demonstrates the Pedagogy-First Principle. The tool follows the objective, not the other way around. Kemble's H-AI-H framework names a mechanism I would call Bounded Agency. AI operates only between two human checkpoints. The human frames the input and audits the output. This is how you prevent automation from becoming abdication.
